Many joggers and cyclists make the journey from Tynemouth to Whitley Bay every day, why, because it is such a pleasurable route, past the ancient castle, white sandy beaches, quaint towns and churches, and to the beautiful St Mary's Lighthouse on it's own island.

I created this video for you, so you can exercise on an exercise bike or treadmill and get to do the workout out that is so popular in the North east of England. Or you can sit back and relax and enjoy the drive :)

The music is my creation, but if its not to your taste you can mute it and play your own music whilst you enjoy the scenic route.
