Cricket Buckle! Metal Detecting 1860s Homestead Ruins.

Join with us as we explore the ruins of a Gold Rush Era Homestead (1850s-1860s) and unearth some great Australiana from a never detected site. Yes this video is overly long but we have thoughtfully included an intermission break around the half way mark if you make it that far! A big thank you to the landowner for permission to detect the site. All relics were donated back to the landowner to preserve their historical context and are now on display at the Prospector's Depot, 42 High Street, Eaglehawk, Bendigo.
