Coach Brian Klepacki is back at the Critical Bench Compound going over 5 of his personal favorite standing ab exercises. If you have a bad back and don't want to get down on the floor for your ab training, then you've found the right video!
There are many effective ways to train the ab muscles and often it doesn't require getting down on the ground. You'll find with these standing ab exercises, you're able to hit the abs in many ways that are gentle on the spine, neck and lower back.... all while standing on your own two feet.
