Exhaust Back Pressure Blocked DPF BMW X3

BMW X3 E83 with M57D30 engine. The complain is DDE light turned on all the time. After reading the fault codes, it turned out that there were NONE... Later on with the help of BMW Ista-D, we were able to capture the stored error codes in the ECU :

00480A DDE: Particulate filter system bank 1
00481A DDE: Particulate filter system bank 1
