Today I made heart #HealthyAfricanFoodie dish! I made a pan seared Cod with Asparagus.

Recipe:
1 cod filet cut in half
Berbere spice and Pink Himalayan salt
Oil of your choice (I used grapeseed Oil)
Use a veggie of your choice

Season the fish
Add oil to the pan wait until it gets hot
Add fish and veggies
Cook fish for 3 mins on each side
Plate and enjoy!
