Maxpedition Spartan: Is it the best survival wallet?

My wallet carries part of the gear in my wardrobe survival kit. But the wallet you choose should be able to comfortably carry survival gear, while being convenient. We're testing the Maxpedition Spartan to see if this piece of gear should be included in an everyday carry system.
