Aloo Keema/Ground Beef/Chicken with Potatoes Ingredients
• Keema (Chicken and Beef) – 5 pounds
• Onions – 5 Medium Size
• Tomatoes – 5 Medium Size
• Potatoes – 4 Medium Size
• Garlic Ginger Paste – 3 ½ Tablespoons
• Oil – 1 Cup
• Yogurt – 3 Quarters of a Cup
• Coriander Powder – 3 Teaspoons
• Red Chili – 2 ½ Teaspoons
• Turmeric Powder – 2 Teaspoons
• Crushed Red Pepper – 1 Teaspoon
• Salt – 1 ½ Teaspoons
• Cumin Seeds – 4 Teaspoons
• Black Pepper – 1 Teaspoon
• Garam Masala – 1 Teaspoon
• Green Chili – 15 to 16
• Cilantro – Half Bunch

Aloo Keema/ Ground Beef/Chicken with Potatoes Recipe
• Add 1 cup of oil
• Add chopped onions
• Wait for them to be golden brown
• Add Garlic & Ginger paste
• Add all the spices
• Add tomatoes
• Then mix it for 10 mins
• Add Ground Beef/Chicken
• Mix it for at least 25-30 mins until the odor is gone
• Add yogurt
• Then, mix it again
• Add potatoes
• Add black pepper and garam masala
• Add green chili
• Mix it for 2-4 mins
• Add 5 cups of water
• Let it cook for 15-20 mins
