Abandoned- Large 60`s home with Granny flat/Furniture and Stuff left behind/Was it a boarding home?

This home was built in 1965 and has been abandoned since 2016. It is a proposed development site and will most likely be demolished in the next year making way for more high density dwellings as this is another large lot. The home seems as though it was last used as a boarding home perhaps for students judging by the amount of furniture and beds left behind. This one was a very interesting find and newer than most I have explored so come and take the tour of this cool large 60`s home. Cheers :-)
