She Moved Through The Fair -- VR180 6K

A VR180 soundscape featuring an original modern jazz interpretation of a classic Celtic folksong. Created in After Effects with particle animations from Particular and Stardust. This is a new HQ render which fixes some distortion issues in an earlier version.

The music began with a free-form jam with my brother and I on piano and guitar. It was later that I realized that the vocal verses could be overlaid -- and the song was born. Vocals are by talented Portland artist Teri Untalan.

This is one of a series of first-attempts at creating VR180 directly in After Effects. Still experimenting with settings for cameras, eye separation, and convergence. Comments appreciated.

NOTE: The lyric in the first verse should be "for your lack of kine." Sorry for the mixup.
