When you turn "I should" to "I am" - Experience of a First Year Syndicator | 27 mins | Episode 10

Welcome to another great episode of Powerhouse U. Here is where we focus on professionally and consistently providing resources, support, and news related to commercial real estate, economics, and entrepreneurship.

On this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Tracey Wilford. Tracey is the President and Head of Acquisitions at Mediterranean & Baltic Ave, LLC. Tracey has wholeheartedly committed herself to learning and investing in syndications. As the Acquisitions Specialist, Tracey focuses on value add properties and being involved as a general partner.

During this time, Tracey and I come together to answer three key questions.

Where should I start when beginning in multi family real estate investing?
Do I need to have a real estate or broker license?
What is a recourse and non recourse loan, and why does this matter?

During this time, we also find out Tracey's "Why?"

I had a great time filming this episode, and I can't wait to have Tracey back again to talk about her first year as an general partner/asset manager.

See you all again next week for another episode of Powerhouse U.
