What happens when you combine 15 longevity supplements into one daily anti-aging sachet? Is the new DoNotAge 15:1 supplement genuinely optimized for healthy aging… or is it simply convenient marketing built around the longevity boom? In this video I break down every ingredient inside the DoNotAge 15:1 stack, including NMN, TMG, Resveratrol, Spermidine, CoQ10, Quercetin, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Glycine, Sulforaphane, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2, Ca-AKG and more. We look at the actual dosages used, compare them to human studies and commonly used clinical ranges, and investigate whether several of the compounds are potentially underdosed compared to standalone versions sold by the same company. I also examine one of the biggest issues nobody seems to be talking about in the longevity supplement space — protocol conflicts. Some ingredients are commonly recommended fasted in the morning for energy and NAD+ support, while others absorb better with dietary fat, and compounds like magnesium and glycine are often recommended before bed for relaxation and sleep quality. So can a single all-in-one longevity supplement ever really be fully optimized?
