Ali Hamidi & Ray Kelvin: Barbel on the Wye ( One More Vlog Episode 2 )

Ali Hamidi is joined by fashionista guru Ray Kelvin or “Raymundo”. The two friends and new business partners head down to Herefordshire for a 36 hour session to fish on the wonderful River Wye, targeting “the Prince of the River”… otherwise known as the barbel. Ali & Ray get stuck into some beautiful barbel from the off and the odd chub too. Ray being a seasoned fly angler, getting to grips with casting a feeder takes a bit of getting use to – but Ali on hand giving him tips along the way. In amongst the bites, the boys settle in to watch a Euro 2020 match between England V Germany and there’s an uncanny correlation between goals and bites – it’s a win win & celebrations all round. Although Ray has travelled the world fly fishing, overnighting in 5 star fishing accommodation, this will be his first ever night staying on a bed chair in a bivvy but he’s well up for the experience.... but how will he fair? Nik the cameraman also gets involved again this trip from behind the camera, and all the lads have lots of laughs, catch plenty of cracking fish and Ali also gives some great river fishing take home too in this fun second edition of the ONE MORE VLOG series.
