Yields 3 servings (easily doubled for more)
Ingredients
1 cup reduced-fat milk
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1½ cups vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons cookies & cream pudding mix
2 tablespoons cheesecake pudding mix
6 tablespoons whipped topping
1 tablespoon whipped cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ tablespoon brown sugar (optional, for added sweetness)
60g chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed (divide in half)
Instructions
Start by whisking together the milk and protein powder until fully smooth.
Add the Greek yogurt along with both pudding mixes, stirring until the mixture thickens.
Gently fold in the whipped topping, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and brown sugar if using.
Mix in half of the crushed cookies (30g).
Divide the remaining cookies between 3 containers, placing them at the bottom.
Spoon the pudding mixture on top and spread evenly.
Refrigerate until chilled, or dig in right away.
