Set to 720p or 1080p for 60fps playback.

Another VHS tape I found at Goodwill, this one appears to be a training video to aide in the marketing of gift baskets, for salespeople really. Please note that the color bars at the end was part of the original tape.

Notes:
Ripped using VirtualDub2 and a Dazzle DVC100 Rev1.1 at a resolution of 720x480. Aspect ratio was then corrected to 720x540 in post by using Precise Bicubic (A=1.00).
Video was deinterlaced by using Yadif and doubling the frame rate (Top field first).
Color correction was done in Movie Studio 16, as well as the conversion to an HD video, so YouTube would allow 60fps playback.
Video was cropped to 1440x1080 by using Handbrake
