The Best Finger Independence Exercises You Can Do Today.
To improve finger independence on guitar, practice exercises like the "spider exercise" (moving one finger at a time across strings), scales in contrary motion, and exercises that focus on specific finger combinations.
Focus:
Pay attention to proper finger placement and avoid re-adjusting your fingers after placing them on the fretboard. Slow and steady and then pick up speed. Try using a Metronome.
