Quick look: Generic (DSTE) Vs OEM camera battery.

***Update 2019
I had two of these 3rd party batteries.
After one year when shooting 4k, one of the batteries goes from 100% to dead in about 15mins vs the 70mins the originals can still do, down from 90mins after over 3 years.

Other 3rd party battery goes from 100% to dead in about 1-2minutes, effectively useless.

SUMMARY: avoid 3rd party batteries if possible if you're looking for a long term replacement. If you have a gig or need temporary batteries then the price to value ratio is there.

Expect about 1 year of use out of them before experiencing serious degradation in performance. The drop off in performance is sudden and not gradual like original batteries.
