In an act of total disregard for his customer, his profession and of other people's livelihoods, an Authorised Rolex Dealer Salesman was happy to bring a Rolex Submariners authenticity into question when it was clear from the very outset that he didn't have the required skills to do so. The question is, why do Shop Assistants working at AD's feel they are entitled to endanger other people's livelihoods and businesses, just because they can? I would appeal to everyone working in Authorised Dealerships, no matter what the brand, to just be honest with Watch People and be truthful about your level of experience.
