This tutorial is made for iPhone users who forgot their screen passcode, entered the wrong passcode too many times, or cannot get past the iPhone Unavailable screen. Recovery Mode Button Guide:
For iPhone 8, iPhone X, iPhone 11, iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone 14, iPhone 15, iPhone 16, iPhone 17, and newer compatible models: quickly press Volume Up, quickly press Volume Down, then press and hold the Side Button until the Recovery Mode screen appears.

For iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus: press and hold the Volume Down button and Side Button together until the Recovery Mode screen appears.

For iPhone 6s, iPhone SE first generation, and older models: press and hold the Home Button and Side or Top Button together until the Recovery Mode screen appears.

Activation Lock Note:
Screen passcode lock and Activation Lock are different. This video is about screen passcode recovery for your own iPhone. If your iPhone asks for the Apple Account and password during setup, you must use the Apple Account that was already linked to that iPhone. If you forgot your Apple Account password, use Apple’s official account recovery. If you bought a used iPhone and it is still linked to the previous owner, contact the seller or original owner. If you have valid proof of purchase, contact Apple Support for official help.
