First Time Riding A Bike In 15 Years

Lauren and Ella were away on a girls trip this weekend which gave me plenty of time to try something I have not done in over 15 years. It has been 9 weeks of new experiences my back is healing with the help of chiropractic care and my body is changing every day. This bike ride though....now that was no easy task.
