It's not always about work - the play in our lives is equally important. I personally like to find new ways to push myself, creating new neuro pathways. I know this will help me in my creative thinking and also sets me up for later in life where a stronger mind will help with ageing (downer I know, but these things are important).

Snowboarding is possibly the hardest mental game I have ever tried. On the recent BNI Ski Trip, I was in tears by my second day on the slopes because I had panicked while learning to go down the mountain backwards and fallen and hurt myself.

This video is from the day after where I was just getting back on the horse, and reminding myself (very slowly) what I had already learnt.

Do the hard things. They matter.
