New Tesla Seat Modification Doesn't Hurt! Tesla model 2024, 2025, 2026

Tesla added ventilated seats to the Model 3 in 2024 (with the "Highland" refresh), and to the Model Y in 2026 (with the "Juniper" refresh).

I've been making custom Tesla seats since 2022, starting with my own Tesla. For larger body build drivers (especially broad shoulders and wider hips), the Tesla seat can really hurt! It often hurts in the wings / bolsters pressing against the hips and thighs. Additionally they can be rock hard to us where you might bottom out and feel pressure against the bottom at your butt bones. And that in turn can hurt our backs and spine and back disks.

So I spent a lot of time effort and leveraging my experience building custom Tesla seats for the last 4 years, I add custom foam and custom build so the seat is flatter. This video is specific to the very latest Tesla seat design (not the plaid / performance with the gigantic wings, but I'm sure I could rebuild that as well).

I buy a like new or "lightly" used / worn seat and begin the custom work with it. I add lots of the best foam I could buy. I custom cut and test and test install everything.

It all works! The pain is gone!
