Relaxing Artisan Bread in a Dutch Oven (No Talking)
Keeping it quiet today. I’ve re-edited this one to focus on the process without the dialogue. You might still hear a bit of life in the background, but it's all about the bread and those crispy sounds

Whether you use this as a companion while you bake or just to relax, I hope you enjoy this making bread at home.
The Recipe:
1 tsp activated yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 ½ cups filtered water (375ml at 108°F)
3 cups flour (approx. 375g)
Note: I’m based in Canada, where our standard cup is 250ml (compared to roughly 236ml in the US).
Quick Steps:
Let yeast, sugar, salt, and water sit for 5 min.
Mix in flour until powder is gone.
Cover for 1-2 hours.
Fold in all sides and proof for 1 hour.
Preheat Dutch oven at 450°F.
Bake for 35 mins (lid on), then 5-10 mins (lid off).
