Distrito de Jesus Maria Lima Peru - Peruvian
El distrito de Jesús María es uno de los 43 distritos que conforman la provincia de Lima, ubicada en el departamento homónimo. Está localizado dentro del área consolidada de la ciudad. Limita por el norte con Breña y el Cercado, por el oeste con Pueblo Libre, por el sur con Magdalena del Mar y San Isidro, y por el este con Lince y Cercado.
Las vías más importantes son las avenidas Salaverry, San Felipe, Brasil, Arenales, 28 de Julio y Faustino Sánchez Carrión (antes Pershing), las cuales sirven como líneas divisorias de los distritos limítrofes.
A partir de 2010, la Feria Internacional del Libro de Lima se realiza en el Parque de los Próceres.
Jesús María es sede de los ministerios de Trabajo, Salud, Defensa y Agricultura; de las embajadas de Gran Bretaña, Guatemala, Italia, Polonia y Japón; además de los consulados de Argentina y Croacia. Lo es, adicionalmente, de la Nunciatura apostólica.
