Scuba Diving for Coins and Shark Teeth Fossils

We have been going to the river as much as possible lately because conditions are perfect and its not going to stay this way. It never does. This video covers two days of collecting in two different spots in the river. The first day was noteworthy because I found some coins fanning the sand. I don't find a lot of well preserved old coins, and this day I got a nice silver 1946 quarter and a war nickel, also silver. They were buried in the sand and still have much of the details. The second day I went diving on my new kayak for the first time. I actually strapped 2 tanks and all the gear I needed in and made it upriver with no trouble. I hit some deeper spots where there wasn't a lot of surface light so I used my dive light. was surprised how cool it made the videos look! The finds were shark teeth, ray crusher plates, saw shark rostril teeth, whale teeth, and a fossil beaver tooth - only my second ever!
