STORY:
Hope and Lizzie get together, and for a blissful moment everything seems right - but Lizzie's struggling with her mental health, making her extremely jealous and cold. It doesn't help that Penelope messes with Lizzie just to spite her, telling her lies about Hope. Hope and Lizzie confront, however their relationship goes downhill after that, to the point that they're on the verge of breaking up. Lizzie knows she was wrong, but she doesn't know how to fix it, and finally she decides to leave. She calls Hope saying, for the last time, that she loves her, but she can't keep on living like this. But... Is she really able to leave Hope, her everything, behind?
