Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (you can also use pork, chicken & turkey)
1 large size onion, chopped
1 medium size carrot, chopped
1 medium size bell pepper, chopped
3-5 stalks green onion, chopped
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp liquid seasoning or soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
Parsley (optional)
Wei-Chuan Spring Roll Shells or Lumpia Wrapper
Flour slurry (mixture of 1 tbsp flour & 1 tbsp water)
Oil for frying
