What robotics knows about scaling autonomous systems

Ritika Shrivastava (Ember Robotics): robotics has been dealing with autonomous agents for years, and the AI ecosystem is about to hit the same wall. The first demo goes great. The hard part is scaling from one robot to a hundred, where every failure mode you didn't plan for shows up at once. What's needed: strong logging, infrastructure to surface where failures come from, and observability built for fleets, not demos. The parallel to AI agents in production is hard to miss.
