THE STORY:

Salt Lake, Utah ​- Nadia Khristean and Stephanie Madsen debut a spectacular performance​ of Carrie Underwood’s song ​Keep Us Safe​. Featuring a real veteran from our community, Ryan Stream, who you may know as he is a public speaker and singer/songwriter himself.

Ryan Stream has served in the military for 13 years, serving in Afghanistan twice. 4 years ago he came home to meet - for the first time - his newborn little girl, who was 8 months old. In this music video, Ryan reenacts his heart breaking departure from his family and his precious reunion to meet his newborn girl, it will truly bring you to tears. Stream now lives with his beautiful wife and 2 children in Utah County, inspiring many through his original songs about adversity and triumph.

Nadia, Singer/Songwriter and YouTuber, having dedicated her entire mission towards creating music for a cause, has teamed up with charities such as, Utah National Guard, doTERRA’s Healing Hands Foundation, Operation Underground Railroad, and several others, to create inspiring music videos that stir the community to action for a cause.

This time teaming up with SRVS Gear, a clothing company, that with the purchase of any t-shirt, one will receive a free “give back” t-shirt to give to a veteran in the community, as a small token of gratitude for their service.

Stephanie, a hard working mother, singer/songwriter, voice and online ukulele teacher accompanied Nadia in creating this inspiring music video for Veterans. Their incredible voices joined together, brings this song to life.

Of the thousands of families who let their loved ones go to war, many do not return.
With the rest of the community, Nadia was determined to find ways to honor those who have served and also, those who have fallen. Nadia co-founded a non-profit organization, Daddy Come Home Foundation,​ to honor families of fallen soldiers when she was only 15 years old.
“I’ve had several family members serve, this is something that really hits close to home for me.” said Nadia. “We just want to join the community to thank our veterans this July 4th, in any small way we can.”

This is not Nadia’s first music video dedicated to honoring veterans and families of fallen soldiers. Her first, being yet another inspiring performance of Carrie Underwood’s song,
