Leg exercises to improve kicks

In this video I show you some leg exercises to help develop the strength, fexibility, joint mobility and coordination for various kicking techniques including Front Snap Kick, Turning Kick, Reverse Turning Kick, Side Kick Pushing Kick and Side Piercing Kick (which is different to the Side Pushing Kick because the leg rotates from the hip). The exercises are done while holding a bar for stability in order to isolate the movement of the joints used for the kicks (mainly hips).
