Congratulations to Chicago Very Own Jennifer Hudson, achieving EGOT status after her Tony Award win.

We welcome Lionel “Brother El” Freeman, the founder and host of Sandbox Symphony, an arts innovator in Chicago’s hip hop and electronic music scenes. “Brother El” is gearing up for his annual music and art festival on the beach known as the Sandbox Symphony VII.

Plus, we’ll meet Val Free, CEO of the Neighborhood Network Alliance. The NNA is based out of the South Shore area of Chicago with the mission of making the community a safe place to live for residents and their families. By utilizing the power of the local Block clubs. 

NNA's mission is to provide resources to block clubs on the southeast side of Chicago that will start, re-activate, and strengthen active block clubs.
