TO WHICH I, AARON PETERS REPLY: "I don't do any drugs. I don't drink. I don't smoke. I am a film maker. I met Sharon and she told me her story. I decided to film this and edit this. Because i believe that this story could save lives and it it has. If you were to read some of the comments you would know this. I realize that there are many, many people who want to keep the stereotype of the "drunken Indian" alive. I am not stoned during this video. It is a very emotional story for me because I myself have thought about suicide many times in my life and listening to Sharon speak was difficult for me. If my eyes are red its because I am holding back tears as she speaks. Rather than have ANY empathy, you choose to judge me as a "drunken Indian". that says more about you than it says about me. I want to save lives. Thank You so much for your comment. I am Ojibway, I am sober and proud of who I am. No matter what You say."

I met Sharon in 2017 and she had an amazing story to tell. Her first suicide attempt was at age 8. Her second suicide attempt was at age 12. Her third and final successful suicide attempt was where she arrived in a dark place. This is what she saw while dead. What do YOU think? This was filmed in 2017 Winnipeg, Manitoba.
