Sack Mead Stepfeeding - Part 2!

This is Part Two in our Sack Mead Step Feed Video Series. Today we're going to take a taste, a test and add more honey to our Sack Mead. We're using a step feeding process where we add small amounts of honey over time in hopes to overcome the yeast alcohol tolerance and get a high ABV, sweet mead.
