Google Pixel 2XL Front Glass removal FREEZER FAILED, DONE WITH WIRE, previously repaired with LOCA

In this video we try and remove the front glass from a Google Pixel 2XL screen using our freezer machine at -150 degrees. The glass on this LCD screen has been previously replaced not using OCA film but LOCA glue.

LOCA glue is almost IMPOSSIBLE to freeze off and 9 out of 10 times needs to be cut with wire and heat. As you will see in the video, the screen was in our freezer machine for almost 14 minutes but the glass would not come off. Usually withing 3-5 minutes if the screen has not been repaired before the glass will pop off.

In our next video we will show how we laminate the new glass onto the AMOLED display using OCA film with the AK Pro laminator.
