A Brief History of: The Cypress Street Viaduct Disaster 1989 (Documentary)

On October 17, 1989, the portion of the structure Cypress street Viaduct collapsed during the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake, due to ground movement and structural flaws.

The event happened during the 1989 world series and in doing so prevented many from losing their lives due to the quieter roads.
