This fully furnished loft is found on the 12th floor of a nice elevator building. It features wood floors and many decorative paintings on the walls.

Upon entering, you will find yourself in a spacious living area furnished with three comfortable sofas, a glass coffee table, and a dining table with chairs. This space features six large windows, not only allowing natural light in, but also offering a wonderful view of the Empire State Building and the surrounding neighborhood.

Off this living area, you will find the open kitchen. It comes fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, like a gas cooking range, an oven, a large refrigerator, a microwave, a sink, a coffee maker, a toaster, and even a dishwasher. Dishware, pots, pans and utensils are provided for cooking, and you will find a table with two chairs in the kitchen area.

The bathroom, which is close to the kitchen, is equipped with a white-tiled shower, a sink, a mirror, towel racks, and a wooden towel shelf with towels at your disposal. Moreover, right next to the bathroom, you will find a laundry room equipped with a washer and a dryer.

The master sleeping area comes with a queen-size bed, pillows and sheets, small bedside tables with lamps, a chair, and a closet for hanging your clothes and storing your belongings. It has a ceiling fan, a skylight, and a private bathroom, which features white-tiled floors and walls, a shower with a bathtub, a sink with a mirror, and a toilet.

The second living area can be set up as another sleeping area. It is furnished with a queen-size Murphy bed, a queen-size sofa bed, a coffee table, chairs, shelves lined with books, and a TV with cable. This living area has five large windows, allowing plenty of light into the room.

As we mentioned it previously, this furnished loft is located in Chelsea, a fantastic neighborhood in Midtown Manhattan, where you will find many restaurants, bars, boutiques and other world-famous stores.

Less than a block from the apartment, you will find the Fashion Institute of Technology. It is a college of art, business, design, and technology of the State University of New York City, established in 1944. The campus is made up of nine buildings housing classrooms, studios, workshops and galleries.

Strolling around Madison Square Park, make sure to stop by the famous Shake Shack. It serves delicious hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, milkshakes, and even beer and wine. Besides, Madison Square Park is a great spot to relax and take in views of the surrounding buildings, like the iconic Flatiron Building.

The Flatiron Building is fairly small by today's New York standard, but it once was one of the tallest skyscrapers in the city. It was named "Flatiron Building" because of its triangular shape, and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

Greeley Square is a triangular-shaped park between 32nd and 33rd Street and 6th Avenue. The park contains a statue of Horace Greeley, the publisher of the New York Tribune, a restaurant, and table with chairs, making it a surreal oasis in the middle of one of the busiest areas of Manhattan. Also, it is surrounded by many major stores, like the massive Macy's department store, so you will lose yourself in the numerous shopping havens.
