The clocks went back an hour, but her body still thinks it’s 7am… so we were up at 6am in the dark 🥲

I’m not putting loud, fast cartoons on when it’s basically still night. We put on quiet cozy ambience instead: soft music, gentle movement, no chaos, low stimulation. It keeps her calm and keeps me from crying before sunrise.
