Today, 19.03.2021, the evaluation process was completed and the communication of the result of the contract award procedure was issued, having as object “Completion / Revision / Update of Feasibility Study, and elaboration of technical project for the objective“ Targu-Neamt - Iasi - Ungheni Highway ”” .
The winning bidder is SC CONSITRANS, with the price of 58830448 Lei without VAT and a total score of 96 points, of which 40 points for the financial component and 56 points for the technical component.

The duration of the design services is as follows:

12 months for conducting the Feasibility Study;
5 months for the realization of the Project for the Authorization of the Execution of the Construction Works and the obtaining of the Construction Authorization;
5 months for the realization of the Technical Execution Project;

In the following period, after fulfilling the legal terms regarding the formulation of the appeals in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 101/2016, as well as after resolving any appeals / complaints made during the award procedure, the winning bidder will be invited to the headquarters of the National Highway Company to sign the contract, once the approval process is completed.
