Rice 200 GMs, (Idli Rice)Toor dal 175 GMs, red chili 6 no’s , Garlic 4 pearls salt to taste. For Tempering: mustard 1 teaspoon , Pepper 1 teaspoon ,cumin1 teaspoon, Asafoetida 1 teaspoon oil 1 round spoon Please note : Soak dal and rice with red chilli 2 hours grind together garlic red chilli , dal and rice course grinding
