IKEA Sofa HACK or DIY FAIL? + IKEA Soderhamn Sofa Review

I wasn’t sure if I was going to share this IKEA hack because I feel like it’s a fail and I know it won’t work for everyone. BUT it works for what I need it to, so why not just share it! This is the Soderhamn sofa from Ikea that I’ve had for a while. I wanted to add the additional pieces to it, but it wasn’t able to fit into my budget so I decided to try and try to DIY a sofa that would serve the same function and aesthetic as the original IKEA Soderhamn sofa. It’s kind of a successful fail you could say. I don’t recommend this hack for everyone, like I said in the video, we will only be here for less than a year and it’s not like it’s the time of year to have lots of people over 🤣so it’s just the two of us and that works! Otherwise, this not so awesome hack is super easy, budget friendly and if you ARE JUST LOOKING for a short term fix, this sofa hack might work for you!
