This is a main rotor head of an Agusta Westland 139 helicopter, it is a fully articulated main rotor head.
Three main servos input movement to the fixed swash plate which is seated around a duplex bearing. The rotating swash plate which sits above the stationary swash plate is connected to 5 pitch change rods which then input the movement to the main rotor blades which pivot simultaneously around the pitch axis.
