Nivelle, New Shock Ailment, and TP Skills - JP Ver. Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent

Nivelle's a new Sacred Blaze scholar who hits lightning and fire. He brings in a new ailment called shock which makes lightning attacks shave an extra shield point each hit. It's a really nice thing that makes lightning battles much more enjoyable! I'm pulling for him, but also gonna show some new skills some characters were given.
