Paneer Cutlet Recipe ( Odia ) : Cutlets are deep fried fritters or like Patties which are super crispy outside or soft inside . Made with numerous vegetables, soya chunks, mushroom etc. But, here we will prepare delicious crunchy Cutlets using Paneer . Roasted bread crumbs makes the outer layer of Cutlet more crispy , beautiful and inside flavourful , very soft for paneer . This cripsy Snack tastes great with Mayonnaise or with tomato sauce . Enjoy :)

Ingredients :
1. Paneer - 200gm
2. Boiled mashed Potato - 1 ( large ) or else take mashed Flattened Rice
3. Finely chopped Carrot - 1 ( medium ) , 1/2 bowl
4. Finely chopped Onion - 1 ( medium )
5. Finely chopped capsicum - 1/2 cup
6. Finely chopped Coriander leaves
7. Chopped Green Chilli - 2
8. Crushed Ginger - 2 inch
9. Sweet Corn kernels
10. All Purpose flour ( maida ) - 3-4 tbsp ( or as required )
11. Cornflour / Arrowroot powder
12. Red Chilli flakes
13. Bread Slice - 4-5
14. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
15. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
16. Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
17. Chaat Masala - 1/2 tbsp ( or lemon juice - 4 -5 drops )
18. Salt to taste
19. Oil to fry .
