How to Make a Tassel Necklace

Tassels are one of the latest crazes when it comes to jewelry! I am not a fan of the yarn tassels but I do love me a good chain tassel. In this video I teach you how to make a tassel necklace. It is a simple but fabulous chain tassel earring and necklace set.
