How to share templates in Google Drive

Did you know about this? 😱

It’s the easiest way to share a template or copy of a file with someone in Google Drive.

1️⃣ Click the “Share” button
2️⃣ Set access to “Anyone with the link”
3️⃣ Copy the link
4️⃣ Delete the word “edit” and everything after it
5️⃣ Replace it with “template/preview”

Now, when people open this link, a preview of your file will appear along with a button saying "Use template".
