Ignite Beira's Infernalist Build update AFTER 0.2.0g patch - Still awesome (sort of)

0.2.0g patch introduced bug fix/damage nerf to this build. Now it's still good for mapping but pinnacle/endgame bossing is heavily nerfed. That's ok, the build is still enjoyable but not overpowered.
