This is Episode 3, filmed in King’s Cross and Coal Drops Yard, London, an area that has changed so much in recent years and now feels like the perfect mix of foodie spots, canalside walks, cool cafés, and hidden green spaces.

☀️ HALFCUP ☀️
I started the day with brunch at HALFCUP, a super cute café with colourful interiors, lovely staff, and seriously good food. I tried a cortado and their savoury pancakes topped with soft scrambled eggs and nduja cream. One of those brunches that surprises you in the best way.

🌳 COAL DROPS YARD 🌳
After brunch, I explored the King’s Cross area, starting with Camley Street Natural Park by London Wildlife Trust. It feels like a hidden pocket of calm in the city, filled with wildflowers, ponds, ducks, and winding paths.
Then I wandered through Coal Drops Yard, one of London’s coolest modern shopping and dining areas, before stopping by Gasholder Park, a unique green space surrounded by restored industrial structures and mirrors.

☕ REDEMPTION ROASTERS ☕
For coffee, I visited Redemption Roasters and tried their summer special: the Mont Blanc, a cold brew topped with orange foam. Refreshing, flavourful, and perfect for a sunny London day.

🍵 MATCHADO 🍵
And finally, the place I came to Coal Drops Yard for: MATCHADO. I tried their Sakura Matcha Latte and wow… absolutely worth the trip. Rich flavour, beautiful presentation, and so many interesting matcha combinations and sweets to choose from.
