After watching that Video of Uncle Roger reacting to BBC Food's Egg Fried Rice, I decided to take a crack at making my own version of Egg Fried Rice. To accompany my rice, I also decided to make Filipino Chinese Lumpia Shanghai. I learned making this version through watching a few videos of Chinese chefs making fried rice. I know I do not have a high pressure burner or a giant wok, but I am pretty sure my fried rice is really good. It may lack some veggies but It is still golden fried rice. I hope you can make this with your family and it is always best enjoyed with the company of loved ones. Enjoy the Video!
