First Impressions of Bogotá, Colombia in 2022
What can I expect about living in Bogota, Colombia? I asked myself this question before moving here in October 2021. Now, I've been living in Bogota for the past 5 months, and it has become one of my favorite cities in the world.
Just like any other South American country, Colombia has its problems. But in this video, I share my first impressions living in its capital city Bogota. The city is very big, and it has a lot to offer. The friendly people and upbeat music are also a plus for anyone thinking about living here.
Colombian culture can be seen everywhere as well. I plan to visit other parts of the country, especially the pueblos. And after 5 months here, I must admit there is something special about the city of Bogota. No wonder why it attracts so many tourists and expats from all over the globe.

😎 About me: I was born in Brazil, but I have lived in Argentina, China, and Colombia. I've been living in Bogota, Colombia since October 2021. I work fully remote as an English teacher, and I moved to Colombia because I wanted to explore this beautiful country and improve my Spanish. So far, I've been having a great time here and I wish to stay in Colombia for a very long time.
