Chuck Par-Due By Request Sept 17 2020
Welcome back to episode two of "By Request."
When America was faced with dealing with the Corona-19 pandemic, the doors to the Elder Community closed to outside entertainers.
Like many thousands of Musicians all over the world, I no longer had any music gigs.
I have received many kind compliments from all over the world for my videos filmed at Senior communities. My YouTube channel has grown to almost 4700 subscribers.
So, I am going to try and recreate those performances in a video series I am calling “Chuck Par-Due By Request.”
Each week I will create a video performing the requests sent to me the previous week.
Not only will you hear me perform these classic songs, but you will hear the stories about how these songs were created, and who made them famous.
This week, I performed some requests from some of you.
The songs are:
1. Ciribiribin
2. A Foggy Day (Frank Sinatra version)
3. Who's Sorry Now (Harry James version requested by Mr. Daniel Scuiry)
4. Fly Me to the Moon (Frank Sinatra version requested by Rebecca)
5. Sleepy Lagoon (Harry James version requested by Richard)
6. You're Nobody Till Somebody Loves You (Frank Sinatra version)
You can send your song request via email to:
chuckparduebigband@yahoo.com
If you enjoy these weekly performances, you might want to consider sending a tip/donation to my Paypal address:
