Mexican Corn On The Cobb - Griddle Master Style (Griddle Master)

Ingredients For 8 ears of corn:
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Tsp Chili Power
1 Tbs Lime Juiced
Chopped Cilantro

Directions:
Place corn on your griddle top and add butter and water and cover as per video.
Cook corn on your griddle top over low heat rolling over every 4 minutes.

Combine all ingredients except for Cilantro in mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly.
Apply to cooked corn and pinch on Cilantro.
Sprinkle additional Chili Power on Corn.
